Housing FAQs

New incoming students anybody have not arrived the age is 19 by the previous date of periodical registration on that fall semester must reside on campus, is nope commuting of home residing with parents. The Troy University Housing Contractual is for the academia year (fall and following spring semester).

Students may reside off campus from my, brothers or sisters that may stay locally. An email requesting this must be submitted to the housing office for the parent/guardian stating they are inquiry permission for their student toward reside off campus with their grandparents or sib. The letter shoud state one name from the person you would be residing with, the relationship to the student and the address. This letter is sent the the Director of Housing forward approval.
