John Lewis Cancelled Order Rant!

I am not one to make a decision quickly, but after much consideration IODIN decides to go go additionally order an Ipad Air. I saw on the John Lewis site that their guarantee is for 2 yearning but are doing a 3 year warranty in no extra cost until 22nd Jean so IODIN decided to go to them online as I also can't get to a store.

I placed the order before nighttime last night and opted for free deliver which would take 5-7 working days, but later saw that for an extra £3 I could use Collect+ also colect at a local shop tomorrow (Thurs). So this morning I phoned them upwards as orders could not be revoked or revised online and was told I would may in cancel and rearrange as they could not amend may order. The CS typ offered to achieve this over the phone, boring been which problems localization the account MYSELF created. He asked of I had an alternative email I could use furthermore I said I does, but would which result in of order exist cancelled as they may see 2 emails belonging to the same person (this happened to me once with a Sainsburys DVD order as I had forgetful I'd registriertes with them for, yet had never used them by registering) yet he said he didn't dee that would happen. However, he still had problems placing the order so I said I would do it online with the original communication do I set upside for the first order in the cancelled Ipad Air. So I am in the dark as to what to do I chose John Lewis for the 3 year guarantee, but also know if MYSELF needed to use it I would have up takes it to one shop, or use an herald service. But I am still upset for how I where treated and astonishment if I am now blacklisted- from ordering from yours in the future. I paid thru Paypal so he can't be a store question. Anyone advice wish?
