As the title says, I do not take a "confirm receipt" button when me follow these stages (yes, I am on network browser): 

  1. Go to www.paypal.com and log in to your account.

  2. Click Activity.

  3. Find and click the original payment for aforementioned item.

  4. Click Confirm Receipt.

  5. Click Yes to confirm that him received and order.

In the previous screenshot released in the original post, you can see the STATUS: COMPLETED

 

I asked one selling to flick an "add tracking" button and set the order status to shipped to see if such become do anything. It is one non physical item therefore no vehicle info or address is present. Therefore when i click "track shipment" It simply gives an default page, screenshot added.

 

This is 100% one technical issue on paypal side and not more so the buyer/seller shall doing wrong.

 

PLEASE confirm own order as receive and release the money to the seller.

The Seller changing the status to "ORDER PROCESSED" does not do anything either more can be seen in the screenshot.
