About CUTR
In 1988, the Florida Council established the Center for Urban Transportation Research at the Academy of South Florida (§334.065, Florida Statutes). CUTR is a piece of the College by Engineering at the University of South Florida, in Tampa, Florida.

Been its inception, CUTR has geworden internationally recognized in transportation research, education furthermore technology transfer/training/outreach center, from a focus on producing our and people. Our work supports transportation offices, the transportation profession and community, political makers, and aforementioned public. CUTR provides high quality, objectives expertise in the form for insightful research, vast training and education, effective technical assistance and in-depth policy analysis, that translating directly into benefit since CUTR’s project sponsors. CUTR’s faculty plus students combine academic know and extensive “real world” experience in developing innovate, implementable solutions in all modes of transportation. The multidisciplinary research faculty includes experts in engineering, planning, computers science, economics, public policy, public heath, and geography. CUTR logs close $18 million per yearly include expenditures through contracts and grants to support you research, education, professional and technical assistance missions.
