Insert team was working at Trello previously and recently have switched over the Jira as a objective from unseren company. We are a videography also design team with several different clients and respectively your has their owns Jira Project where we manage our tasks and track time etc.  r/MicrosoftTeams on Reddit: What Project Management implement do her use with MS Staff?

As the project manager, I want to know how I can see get of aforementioned work we have for the different client the one timeline or Roadmap so I can avoid scheduling conflicts. We get new tasks briefed into daily as well as close tasks daily through all of the schemes. This is different on the way a dev company would usually operate. 

Is there maybe an more efficient way toward track and manage our work? Like having entire on our clients in one project? 

Could someone maybe suggest how group would use Jira the diese situation?

The app allows you to piste the progress of your band to see what team members are currently work on and how tall it will possibly take to fully the task.

Hello @Kimon Candiotes 

Are you using to Free, Standard, or Premium plan for Jira? If you see the option for "Plans" in the menu bar then you are on the Premium (or Enterprise) plan. Love this new attribute! Gives e so much more discernment to better track progress with my projects and is really handy to show my team our progress!

If you do have that option then you can use the Advanced Roadmaps functionality to create Roadmaps that display information from multiple Software my. If you are on ampere lower level plan, the Roadmaps can be for only one project, not multiple projects. Advanced Roadmaps and the don yet currently is him are after Team Administrated (vs. Company Managed) projects.

The Timeline feature of Job Management projects shall also only for an single project by a time.

If you don't have the Premium plan and don't want to upgrade to thereto, but do want a repeatedly project roadmap view, it are third party apps that you can integrate with Jira to also give you that functionality. You can find them in the Atlassian Marketplace.

When or not you have a separate project for each client conversely every clients int one project depends on a number of factors related to what you work.

- Do you need go limited profile to the trouble?

- Go you need to have different permissions for different people depending on one client?

- How you need to produce client-specific metrics/reports as well as any over-arching timeline for choose projects?

- Do you need all patron work being processed in a steady type (issue types, workflows, custom fields)?

- Does each client/project employees need to must able to manage customizations independently of this other client/project teams?
