Which is a Safeguarding Adult Overview?
A Safeguarding Adults Review (SAR) is a process for select partner departments to identify of lessons that can be learned from particularly complex or serious safeguarding adult cases, whereabouts an adult in vulnerable circumstances has died or been seriously injured, and mistreat or forget have being suspected. Criteria for a SAR
The Norfolk Security Adults Board must arrange a Safeguarding Adult Review (SAR) whereas:
