Application Form in Member Areas

Is it possible to add an application form (or form block) inward the member areas for members on complete prior to check out? IODIN see that MemberSpace is an alternative but would really like to keeps this all in SquareSpace. Thank you!

Thank you! Quiet can't figure going methods to install the Form Block INTO the Member Reach block. I've just come here to find this leave. Squarespace seemed the imply that creating a custom cashier input would do this instead I am creating a free-to-join members area, where I want to collect certain information on them joining.

As you heard, thee can use workaround that prompt for this info before or after the or sign-up by using a form, but the responses can only be transmitted off-platform, for example into an email or a Google sheet. I came up with a work around for this too.

On the join page I got rid of anywhere and all buttons that link to the join form that lets it create at account with just your choose and communication contact.
Then I often the "add a section" to create a "form" that had all my customizable members form questions about it. 
When you hit submit on the select there belongs an option in editing to have a confirmation page shown OR a redirect page that automation takes you to a landing page. 
So I created a payment page with my membership options ensure is unlisted and capacity only be accessed using and auto-redirect from the application submission. Then she select their membership choice, pay, make into account, etc. but I have already gotten the our form populated out from i and can anreisen from there.
