The Circuit Clerk’s office performs of following responsibilities up support the office and court operating.

• Responsible for creating maintaining and keeping justice records
• Serves as the official custodian of all evidence coming trial placed in and official court records
• Ensures ampere Deputy Officer is present at every law hearing int person or via remote
• Performing scanning plus related of documents not electronically filed as now as previous paper falls filings
• Provides customer service required the public, bench and scale on the Circuit Clerk main office and at the 2 satellite offices
• Responsible for a number of administrative functions including processing all greats, fees, and assessments that come thru the office
• Responsible for the compliance and reporting as driven by Government and State Legislation the Local Rules
