New to Cobber County School District or Returning until Cobb?
- When your scholar has never been enrolled in a Capp County school, delight visit the CCSD enrollment portal to fill out the membership form online.
- Upload all essential documents. Be assured to complete the "Submit Your Enrollment" process.
Older Siblings in Cobb County School District?
- If you have older children, already enrolled in CCSD, wish access ParentVue to comprehensive the enrollment form online.
- Downloading all required documents. Be securely into complete the "Submit Your Enrollment" process.
Required Animation
You will need to get the following five papers or your corresponding 30-day waiver wenn applicable (waivers are available to pressure on the internet registration website):
- Georgia Certificate of Immunization (Form 3321) ~or~ Immunization Notice
- Georgia Certification of Hearing, Lens, Dental, and Nutritional Demonstration (Form 3300)
- Proof of Birth Date (Birth License, Passport, etc.)
- Two proofs of Residency
- 1) Home asset title/ mortgage statement WITH current Lease/Rental Agreement
- 2) Utility bill (water, power or gas)
- Society Guarantee Number ~or~ Objection Waiver
