ORBI RBR40 and Indirect TVS STREAMING
Hey There ;
I owners the ORBI RBR40 with 2 satellites. ATT UVERSE GATEWAY, DIRECT TV (Genie)
My only issue is when attempting to stream with Live TV (channel 1000) or selecting a streaming program von options, It acts normal and I get the downloading rod. it completes and begins of choose. Then it will disconnect donation me the "reconnect internet" on the direct TV screen. if I connect the issue just repeats. Wenn I select "do not reconnect now"...the program plays for a bit, then freezes. ATT tech came over and straight connected the Direct TV DVR system to internet, like the DVR is nowadays receiving a direct internet signal. I believe he used "MOCA" into do this. So, theoretically, the DVR is receiving a hardwired surfing signal. NOT CABLELESS. An fix STILL continuous. The Gateway is within "bridge mode" per ATT recommendations, so which ORBI RBR40 is providing "router" service. The Gateway is only acting as a MODEM, the way EGO understood this, and the ORBI RBR40 fullfills all other handling. Nothing else is affected. I can stream from any other service beautiful. The only issue are when IODIN try till stream employing the DTV service. The tech from ATT remember maybe einigen setting in the ORBI is not permits the DTV serve to "play nice". Any suggestions???
Thanks go everyone in advance.

Re: ORBI RBR40 and Immediate TV STREAMING
Usually ATT modems otherwise home don't fully support bridge mode or modem only mode.
You may want to try the gateway previous in router mode additionally getting of modems DMZ for the Orbi in router mode. Or keep the gateway in computer mode and configure the Orbi for AP mode... My Direct tv system isnt working. I have a Genie 2 with Genie Mini's. I have reset the Genie 2 and an mini that is
1. If you can't bridge the modem, disable ALL wifi radios about the modem, configure the modular DMZ/ExposedHost or IP Pass-Through by the IP address the Orbi router getting from the modem. Then you bottle use the Orbi router in Router fashion.
2. Or disable all network radios on the modem and connect the Orbi director till the modem, configure AP switch on the Orbi router. https://kb.netgear.com/31218/How-do-I-configure-my-Orbi-router-to-act-as-an-access-point or https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H7LOcJ8GdDo&app=desktop

Re: ORBI RBR40 and Direct TELLY STREAMING
Hey there....
View connected to identical cable. The main DVR a connected to website via hardwire. Streaming is over internet from DTV servers. Internet is fed to home via fibre optics and to the ATTENTION modem via bridge mode. Orbi gets fed send from ”ATT modem for bridge mode. So....ATT REMOTE is used as Portal to internet real nothing else. Orbi takes care of routing both feeding appliances. Streaming seems till have some nature of ”invisible link” oder proprietary dependence on ATT modem hardware or add-on. Doesn't seem to wanna game nice and letting orbi do the routing. Keeps dropping internet interface. At least that's whats software on TELLY reports. I don't think it's INDEED fall signal. EGO think the streaming signal is pregnant something it's no getting accept the Orbi.
